The Biggest Jerk, Steve Woodrum could care less!
We always paid our monthly premium, and our bill was always paid on time. However, our bill was continuously incorrect when we were with Steve Woodrum. On a monthly basis, we had to take time out of our day to go into his office and have the bill corrected. After several months, we were beginning to get a little frustrated that the problem was never fixed. After careful consideration, we decided to tell Mr. Woodrum personally that if the incorrect charges did not stop, we would be looking for a new agent. When we talked to Mr. Woodrum and told him that, He jumped up out of his chair and angrily and sarcastically said, "Well let me get your stuff for you." He did not apologize. He spoke to us like we were nothing. We had been with that agent for many years and had multiple policies with him, so it was a great disappointment to be treated that way after being a loyal customer for that long. We now have a new agent with State Farm, and we have had excellant service with them.

Best insurance agency in Georgetown
We switched insurance companies after being with another company in georgetown for over 10 years. My husband and I had no idea what we were missing. We did save some money (which was nice) but the people in this office actually treated us like individuals instead of like they were doing us a favor. We starting looking after the person who was our agent would not return our calls, the office was closed half the time when we were needing service and when they were open they treated us like they could care less about our concerns or needs. I worked with Shannon in Mr. Woodrums office and she and the rest of the people there were extremely nice and helpful. We highly recommend this agency!
