Terrible Service
One of the guys was terribly careless and damaged my laundry room floor. When I asked them to come repair it they said they would and I haven't heard from them again. They also said they'd come and put the washer where they should've and haven't done that either. I'll never use them again.

Terrible Service
One of the guys was terrible careless. He tried scooting my washer into place and damaged the floor. When I called, they said they'd send someone to repair it. I also asked them to come back and place it where it should be. (It's too heavy to move without a dolly.) He said he'd do this as well. It's been a week and I haven't heard from them on either issue. I'll never use them again.
